A hotmelt film that can be transferred quickly and gently at low temperatures and is covered with a self-adhesive liner.
- Application: Suitable for the bonding of different materials (substrates) by using temperature or for the transfer of hotstamping films. Fields of application are for example textile bonding, the application of iron-on labels, textile embroiderers or hotstamping films onto textiles as well as technical bonding.
- Cutting: Can be cut with all current plotters. We recommend using a standard 45° knife. After weeding the cut hotmelt is transferred by heat press. - Application Instructions: The polyester liner should be removed warm. Transfer of hotstamping films: The desired motif is cut mirrored into the hotmelt. After weeding, POLI-MELT® TURBO 4900 is transferred onto the textile and the liner is removed. The hotstamping film is is placed and pressed onto the textile. After cooling down, the the hotstamping film is removed. Bonding of textiles: POLI-MELT® TURBO 4900 is transferred to the textile or substrate to be applied. The liner is removed and the textile to be applied is transferred to the second textile, e.g. T-shirt. The raw materials are ecologically inert, do not contain PVC, plasticizers or heavy metals. Guarantee for a secure and long-lasting bond is only given when following the specified temperature and pressure conditions.
