Wrapping / Cast Digital

Our wrapping / Cast self-adhesive vinyl is a type of vinyl material that is commonly used for vehicle wraps, architectural finishes, and other large-scale graphics applications. It is a durable, long-lasting material that is designed to adhere to a variety of surfaces, including metal, plastic, glass, and painted surfaces.
The term "cast" refers to the manufacturing process used to create the vinyl. Cast vinyl is made by pouring a liquid vinyl mixture onto a flat surface and then allowing it to dry and cure. This process creates a very thin and flexible vinyl film that can conform to complex curves and contours. The pressure-sensitive Rapid Air Proslide adhesive allows the vinyl to be easily applied to a surface and repositioned if necessary. Once the vinyl is applied and any air bubbles are removed, it adheres tightly to the surface, creating a smooth and seamless finish.
Used in applications where a durable, weather-resistant material is required with life extending to up to 10 years depending on the conditions of use and exposure.
Protect with a matching Laminate to protect the digital images and prolong the media life.
